Our pricing includes all of the amenities and services listed below in your venue rental. Prices are subject to change and do not reflect holiday rates. Please inquire about specials, incentives or customized pricing.

Venue Rental Includes:
Open Vendor Policy
We are committed to helping you design the event you truly want. We are open to working with those vendors you prefer and love and will not charge you extra fees.
Large Prep Suites
Two large suites are over 600 square feet and can host larger parties comfortably. Both boast spacious vanity areas, in suite bathrooms, large TVs and sound systems.
Chairs, Tables & Bars
Matte black, cross-back metal chairs, tables and custom made bars are available for up to 300 guests. Additional furniture can be easily added to accommodate larger events.
Lighting
Over 40 three foot wide wall washes are included for each rental period - additionallights are also available
Advanced Sound System
Nine ceiling mounted professional speakers (EV-ETX 10) and two 18-in Subwoofers on the ground. A Behringer XR-18 with two wireless microphone channels (lapel mic available).
Garden Walls
Ten mobile walls (10 ft tall x 5 ft wide) add color and can be used to segment the space for ceremony and reception - pipe and drape also available
Parking
On site parking can easily accommodate large events. Additional parking services can be arranged and are recommended based on event size and event date.
12 Hour Reservations
When you book an event, the venue is yours for the day - access to the entire facility including prep suites, catering kitchen, etc.
Security
Each booking includes one security officer staffed by Dallas Police Department off duty officers for the duration of the event for up to 175 guests. Additional officers required for larger events.
Bathroom Attendant
At least one bathroom attendant to ensure cleanliness of facility during event and to assist catering staff with additional cleaning tasks when needed.
Lounge Furniture
Four white, 8-ft long banquets with tall backs can be placed anywhere around the venue.
75" TVs
Two 75" televisions on rolling stands can be placed anywhere in the venue.
High Speed Wifi
Venue Staff
Each event will be staffed by a venue liaison for general needs and assistance throughout your event day.
General Clean Up
Following your event, we will clean, mop and sweep the venue. Staff will take the trash out and wipe down furniture.

The following is a list of venue inclusions as they appear in our 2023 Facility Rental Contract:

- 12-hour time block (includes set-up and strike time)
- Full Facility including both prep lounges/suites, main event area, catering prep area
- Full access parking
- Open Vendor Policy, Service Provider approval required and each vendor MUST carry commercial liability insurance
- Onsite Venue Liaison
- Onsite Venue Cleaning Attendant for bathrooms, general sanitizing, general garbage disposal and spill cleanup
- Security (off duty DPD officer for up to 150 guests) – additional security required for additional guests ($60 /hr for a minimum of 4 hours)
- General Cleaning (cleaning after event)
Furnishings
- 60 inch round tables for up to 300 guests (seated 8 per table – linens are NOT included)
- 300 metal cross back chairs – matte black
- 10 30-in cocktail tables (black spandex covers are included)
- 10 mobile/rolling garden walls (10-foot tall x 5-foot wide)
- Lounge Furniture: 4 8-ft long, white banquets
- Two 7-foot moveable cocktail bars
- Eight 8-foot long rectangular tables (four black spandex covers are included)
- Six 6-foot long rectangular tables (four black spandex covers are included)
- Three black textured, geometric backdrop panels (10-foot tall x 3.5-foot wide)
- 8-foot floral arch
- One 48-in round table/ “cake table” (linen is NOT included)

- On The Levee Sound System – includes:

Our Pricing Philosophy
It is our goal to make On The Levee’s pricing simple, competitive and fair. We are uninterested in the “nickel and dime” approach and do not want to give the impression of hidden costs.
At the end of the day, we want you to have the event you imagined without any surprises – especially no added line items on your invoice. We want you to have one price on your invoice and we want that price to include everything we provide above.
Beyond that, our open vendor policy allows you to customize your event to your needs and desires.
